Amilcar CGSS (Grand Sport Surbaisse) is a sports car produced by the French automaker Amilcar from 1928 to 1935. It was powered by a 1.1-liter inline-four engine that produced 40 horsepower. The CGSS was inspired by the successful Amilcar CGS and featured a longer wheelbase and a lower profile. The body was designed by Jean Auchatraire and was available in several configurations, including roadster, cabriolet, and sedan. The CGSS was known for its excellent handling and agility, and it was a popular choice for racing enthusiasts.
